LANDSCAPE RAKES

I have a 27hp kubota and just bought a 6ft landscape rake for it w/o wheels. It seems like you should be able to control the "down pressure" with the 3pt lever. Is it worth buying the wheel kit? I'll be using it to primarily drag/smooth a horse arena. (Also if anyone knows prices how does $325 for a new "Woods" brand rake sound?)
